Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Quick and savory garlic butter chicken bites that are tender and juicy, with a rich, garlicky finish. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or an appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, trimmed and cubed
  • ½ tablespoon herb de Provence
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 40 g unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by trimming any visible fat and cutting it into bite-sized cubes. Pat the pieces dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season the chicken evenly with smoked paprika, herb de Provence, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and half of the butter. Let the butter melt.
  4. Sear the seasoned chicken in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low, push the chicken to one side of the skillet, add the remaining butter, and stir in the chopped garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir the garlic-butter into the chicken until everything is coated, then remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure chicken pieces are similar in size for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
