Beefy Tortellini Bake

A creamy and hearty pasta bake featuring tender tortellini and savory ground beef, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for 6-8 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked tortellini, browned beef, marinara sauce, ricotta, and half the mozzarella until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, topping with the remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
