Veggie Cream Cheese Spread

  • 28 grams ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and finely diced
  • 45 grams red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 75 grams broccoli, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes.
  2. Incorporate the ranch seasoning mix into the cream cheese mixture and continue to beat for an additional minute.
  3. Gently fold in the finely diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions using a rubber spatula.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
