Sweet and Savory Honey Butter Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey; stir to combine and coat the chicken.
  5. Cover and let the chicken simmer in the glaze for about 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve with the glaze drizzled on top.
