Simple Garlic Butter Chicken

A comforting and quick dinner featuring seared chicken breasts in a rich garlic butter sauce. Ideal for busy weeknights or elegant meals.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Melt the butter in the skillet.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 7 to 8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pat chicken dry before seasoning for better browning. Let cooked chicken rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
