Pecan Cream Pie

A silky, nutty dessert that balances rich cream cheese and maple sweetness with a satisfying crunch from pecans.

  • 1 homemade pie crust, prepared in a 9-inch pie pan
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan. Bake the crust until golden and let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the maple syrup to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula until fully blended.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the baked pie crust, smoothing the top.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Soften the cream cheese well, whip the cream just until soft peaks, and let the crust cool completely before filling.
