Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars

Deliciously gooey Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars combining creamy peanut butter, fluffy marshmallow, and rich chocolate for a nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 4 milk chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
  2. Beat together the creamy peanut butter, eggs, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Layer the marshmallow creme over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Arrange the milk chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow.
  6. Cover the chocolate bars with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 22-24 minutes until set and golden.
  8. Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate until chilled.
  9. Cut into squares to serve and enjoy.

Notes

For smoother layers, use a spatula dipped in warm water. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
