Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake

An easy, indulgent dessert combining chocolate and peanut butter that bakes into a moist and tender cake with gooey pockets of chocolate.

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, creamy peanut butter, eggs, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the baking dish for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter finish, sift a heavier dusting of powdered sugar before serving. Store covered at room temperature for up to 2 days.
