Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake: No-Bake Dream Dessert

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, chocolate drizzle, or crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually mix in marshmallow fluff until fully combined.
  4. Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
