Garlic Butter Chicken

A simple, satisfying Garlic Butter Chicken recipe that comes together in under 30 minutes, featuring tender chicken breasts seared in rich butter and fragrant garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it foams.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through, spooning the garlic butter over the chicken while cooking.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer the chicken to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a brighter finish, increase the chopped parsley for garnish. For a subtler garlic flavor, reduce the sauté time of the garlic.
