Easy Chocolate Peppermint Lasagna

A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy peppermint-infused whipped topping and rich chocolate pudding between graham crackers, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 12 full sheets of graham crackers
  • 2 packs (3.9 oz each) of chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 4 cups of whole milk
  • 12 oz of whipped topping
  • 1 tsp of peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  3. Pour half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the graham crackers and smooth it into an even layer.
  4. Spread half of the whipped topping over the pudding layer evenly.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped topping on top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Before serving, garnish with crushed peppermint candies or chocolate shavings.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using low-fat whipped topping or almond milk. You can also customize flavors with different extracts.
