Delicious Pizza Roll-Ups

Transform your favorite pizza ingredients into fun, bite-sized roll-ups that are perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, etc.)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving about half an inch along the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by your favorite toppings and Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll the dough from one end to the other to create a tight log, sealing the edge.
  6. Slice the log into bite-sized pieces and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

For added flavor, consider trying an air fryer for crispy roll-ups. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
