  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 7-10 minutes).
  3. Drain any excess grease and add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste; mix well.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned beef, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a round shape (about 5 inches in diameter).
  6. Place a tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each dough round and fold the dough over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  7. Arrange the filled bombs on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
