Cracked Out Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

A cheesy and hearty casserole that combines shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and tater tots, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can make this casserole ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
