Crack Chicken Pinwheels

Creamy and tangy chicken wrapped in soft tortillas, these Crack Chicken Pinwheels are perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook and shred 2 cups of chicken. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Fold in the cooked shredded chicken and chopped green onions into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread a generous portion of the chicken mixture across a tortilla, leaving space on the edges.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly away from you. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  6. If desired, toast the pinwheels in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

Leftover pinwheels can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer.
