Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Deliciously gooey cookies filled with chocolate and marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Drop rounded portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
