  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Begin by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Set aside to retain juiciness.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 6-7 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Add Veggies and Cheese: Toss in sliced bell peppers and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the chicken mixture, cover, and let it melt for about 1 minute.
  5. Assemble the Wraps: Take a warm tortilla, spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center, and roll tightly.
  6. Grill the Wraps (Optional): Heat remaining olive oil in the skillet and grill the wraps seam-side down for about 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Cut the wraps in half and serve warm.
