Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Indulge in creamy cheesecake layered with crisp apples and a hint of cinnamon atop a buttery graham cracker crust, swirled with caramel sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently stir in the diced apples and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling. Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
