  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a suitable baking dish.
  2. Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single, even layer in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  5. Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp, then season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture for 30 minutes before baking. This dish can be frozen before baking; thaw and bake as directed.
