Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

A delightful dish of succulent shrimp baked in a rich garlic and parmesan butter sauce, perfect for impressing family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 500 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.
  3. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes until pink and opaque.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
