White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

A delightful combination of chewy cranberries and smooth white chocolate that creates a burst of flavors in each bite.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dollops of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are soft.

Notes

Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes for thicker cookies that won’t spread too much while baking.
