Ingredients

  • Rotini Pasta (8 oz)
  • Boneless Chicken Breasts (1 lb)
  • Velveeta Cheese (16 oz)
  • Chicken Broth (1 cup)
  • Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
  • Black Pepper and Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken until golden and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
  3. In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, lower the heat and add chicken broth. Gradually stir in Velveeta cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Fold in the cooked rotini to ensure it is well-coated in the cheese sauce.
  6. Let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes before serving hot.
