Taco Ranch Bites

A crunchy exterior filled with seasoned ground beef, zesty ranch dressing, and gooey cheese, these Taco Ranch Bites are perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (or substitute ground turkey/chicken)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (or yogurt-based ranch)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to the same temperature.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease, stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked ground beef, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir until well-coated.
  4. Take a wonton wrapper, place about a tablespoon of filling in the center. Moisten edges with water and fold to create a triangle, pressing edges to seal.
  5. Place bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes or air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with cilantro if desired, and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

Notes
