Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; mix until creamy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Scoop out dough onto a baking sheet, rolling into balls about 1 tablespoon each.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set and edges start to brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.

Notes
