Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato Tater Tots (Frozen or homemade)
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • Salsa (store-bought or homemade)
  • Guacamole
  • Jalapeños (pickled or fresh)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) or air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. If using frozen sweet potato tater tots, spread them evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  3. Once cooked, remove the tater tots from the oven and layer them onto an oven-safe platter.
  4. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots and return them to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until melted.
  5. Top the loaded tater tots with salsa, guacamole, jalapeños, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
