Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Deliciously spicy, tender chicken sliders served in soft buns with creamy dressing and crunchy veggies, perfect for weeknight meals or gatherings.

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • Sliced pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour buffalo sauce over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  3. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix it with remaining buffalo sauce.
  4. Toast slider buns lightly.
  5. Assemble sliders with shredded chicken, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, and pickles if desired.
  6. Cover with the top part of the bun and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat in an oven or air fryer for best results.
