  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg white until frothy.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gently fold in the pecans until well coated.
  5. Spread the coated pecans on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely to achieve a crunchy texture.
