  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup Snickers (chopped into small pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat the egg into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Snickers pieces.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container.
