  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and lemon juice. Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place the marinated chicken thighs in the basket and cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and golden brown. Alternatively, pan-sear over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Squeeze in more lemon juice and stir until smooth.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  5. Serve the sliced chicken in wraps or over rice, drizzled with zesty garlic sauce and garnished with chopped parsley.
