  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • Extra caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in crushed pretzels until fully coated.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
  6. Return the balls to the fridge for another 1-2 hours to firm up.
