Ingredients

  • Club Crackers
  • Brown Sugar
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Lay down a single layer of club crackers on the baking sheet, close together without overlapping.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until it bubbles and thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the bubbling toffee over the layers of crackers, using a spatula for even distribution.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the toffee is bubbling and golden.
  7. Immediately remove from the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and let sit for a minute. Spread the melted chocolate evenly and top with chopped pecans.
