Pecan Pie Crescents

Delightful bite-sized pastries combining the rich flavor of traditional pecan pie with buttery, flaky crescent dough.

  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Drizzle with caramel sauce or whipped cream for an extra treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
