Pecan-Maple Salmon

A family-friendly dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with crunchy pecans and sweet maple syrup, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the glaze by mixing maple syrup, mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Pour the glaze over the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle the toasted pecans on top of the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot, optionally drizzled with leftover glaze.

Notes

Store any leftover salmon in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature for best results.
