Peanut Butter Layered Delight

A heavenly dessert that combines rich, creamy layers of peanut butter and velvety chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or chocolate cookies
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers (or cookies) with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and press firmly to create an even crust. Set aside.
  2. Make the peanut butter layer: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in peanut butter and powdered sugar until well blended.
  3. Add the whipped topping: Gently fold the whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Layer it up: Spread half of the peanut butter filling over the prepared crust.
  5. Refrigerate: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Finish layering: Spread the remaining filling over the top. Optionally, sprinkle crushed nuts or drizzle chocolate on top.
  7. Chill until ready to serve: Let it set in the fridge for at least another hour (or overnight).

Notes
