One Pot Creamy Sausage Rigatoni

A cozy one-pot meal featuring rigatoni pasta in a creamy sauce with Italian sausage and fresh herbs.

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Combine rigatoni and chicken broth, bringing to a gentle boil.
  4. Cook pasta covered for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
