Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

A delightful treat that combines rich peanut butter, oats, and honey, coated in chocolate for a sweet, chewy bite.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts, coconut, or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, and honey. Mix until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to chill.
  3. Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. If using chocolate, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  6. Optionally roll the balls in crushed nuts, coconut, or sprinkles.
  7. Chill the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes to set.

Notes

These can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for longer-lasting treats.
