No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls

A delightful no-bake treat combining sweet coconut and creamy flavors, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Gradually fold in the sweetened shredded coconut and milk powder until the mixture is uniform and slightly sticky.
  4. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  5. Roll each ball in additional shredded coconut to coat.
  6. Place the coconut balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
