Mouthwatering Breakfast Pizza Loaded with Eggs and Sausage

Start your day with a delicious slice of breakfast pizza loaded with eggs and sausage, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 store-bought or homemade Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Sausage, crumbled
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Bell Peppers (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Olive Oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out your pizza dough into the desired shape.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and crumble the sausage. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. While the sausage is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until combined.
  4. Remove the sausage and in the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Pour in the whisked eggs and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
  5. Spread the cooked sausage on the pizza dough, add the scrambled eggs, sprinkle cheese on top, and add any optional bell peppers.
  6. Bake the pizza for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Maximize flavor by using a cast-iron skillet for a crispy crust. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
