The Most Addictive Butter Toffee Pretzels

Delicious butter toffee pretzels with a perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors, ideal for gatherings and snack times.

  • 1 bag of pretzel twists
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter and brown sugar, stirring until melted and smooth (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  5. In a mixing bowl, add pretzel twists and pour the toffee sauce over them, gently stirring to coat.
  6. Transfer the pretzels to the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes and drizzle melted chocolate (if using) over the pretzels.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
