Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls

Delicious bite-sized sandwiches featuring gooey cheese melted between fluffy Hawaiian rolls, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 oz of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Optional add-ins (bacon, spinach, or tomato)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Layer the cheese inside each halved roll.
  4. Spread butter on the outer side of each roll half.
  5. Toast in the skillet for 3–4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and toast for another 3–4 minutes.
  6. Check for cheese meltiness, covering with a lid if necessary.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice into individual servings, and enjoy!
