Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring tender chicken, creamy sauce, and a crispy topping, perfect for family dinners.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 cups crushed crackers or breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, mixed vegetables, and garlic powder. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed crackers or breadcrumbs over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
