Melt-in-Your-Mouth 2-Ingredient Biscuits

Delightful biscuits made with just two ingredients that are buttery, fluffy, and easy to prepare.

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the self-rising flour and sour cream. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly for about 30 seconds.
  4. Form small mounds of dough about 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

If you don’t have self-rising flour, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt to make your own.
