  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup diced pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers or spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the shredded mozzarella, diced pepperoni, and chopped vegetables.
  4. Pour in the pizza sauce and gently stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  5. Grease a standard muffin tin or use paper liners. Fill each cup about halfway with the batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.
