Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A comforting dish that combines the rich flavors of cheeseburgers with creamy Alfredo pasta, perfect for family dinners.

  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • Bacon (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, cook pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add diced bell pepper and minced garlic; cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Lower heat, add heavy cream, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in grated Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with bacon or extra cheese if desired.
