Lasagna Roll-Ups

Delicious and comforting Lasagna Roll-Ups filled with ricotta, spinach, and marinara sauce, perfect for family gatherings or busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh spinach
  • Marinara sauce
  • Egg
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta, half of the mozzarella, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each noodle with the ricotta mixture, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the dish.
  6. Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
