Homemade Easy Cheesy Pizza Pockets

Warm, gooey pizza pockets filled with melted cheese and your favorite toppings, perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • Pizza toppings (pepperoni, diced veggies, or cooked meats)
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into squares (about 4×4 inches).
  4. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce, cheese, and toppings to the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
