These bright and breezy mini key lime pies feature a creamy, tangy filling and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Lime zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl until fully coated. Press firmly.
  2. Press the mixture into mini tart pans or a muffin tin to form even crusts.
  3. Chill the crusts in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  5. Pour the lime filling into the chilled crusts, leaving room for the whipped cream.
  6. Refrigerate the pies for at least 2 hours to set the filling.
  7. Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Garnish the mini pies with the whipped cream and additional lime zest before serving.
