Instructions

  2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and shredded carrots, sautéing for an additional 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender yet crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well, and let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil over the turkey and vegetable mixture just before taking off the heat.
  6. Serve the turkey filling in a large bowl with fresh lettuce leaves for assembly.
