  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce. Cook for about one minute.
  6. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Notes

For deeper flavor, consider increasing the garlic or adding more cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
