Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast

A simple and comforting garlic butter baked chicken breast recipe that delivers big flavor with minimal effort.

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with a light coating of butter or oil.
  2. Melt the butter in a small bowl or microwave-safe cup for about 20 to 30 seconds, and stir until smooth.
  3. Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the melted butter, and stir until combined.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken breasts, coating each piece.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before placing in the dish for better adherence of the garlic butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
